Our average lead time is generally 2-3 weeks.  However, there are a lot of factors that can impact these timelines.

For example:

• the time it takes to receive material may be longer depending on material type and size needed
• if prints and/or solid models are not received, subsequent design/engineering and getting approval for your dimensions/tolerances can sometimes add significant delays to your project

No, we can move forward with your project once you provide written approval of our quote to proceed via email. Once we get that, you will receive a formal Order Confirmation and an estimated delivery date.  Of course, Purchase Orders are preferred to ensure there are no misunderstandings.  But not required.

We are able to reverse engineer your part to manufacture.  You will be provided with a quote to do so.  Once the engineering is complete and approved, we can provide you a quote to manufacturing your part(s) along with the cost of purchasing a file of the solid model and blueprint if you wish for your personal use.
