We understand that part geometry is the foundation of your components meeting the Fit, Form & Function of your entire assembly.
Most parts require some initial specs usually in the + – .005″ tolerance just for the general size so the form is what is expected. Where the real magic happens is in the critical dimensions like hole sizing and mounting holes such as threads in position to datums to ensure a perfect fit. For example, it is very common for us to hold a +.0002 -.0000″ tolerance in dowel holes.
